The GALGOM Solutions S.L. roadmap to GDPR compliance
ClickFraudFree is getting ready for the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation. Here is how we do that.
What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information of individuals within the European Union (EU).
GALGOM Solutions S.L. takes GDPR seriously and does anything needed to comply.
This article explains in detail the steps we take and how it will affect our activity in the EU.
What Steps is ClickFraudFree taking towards being GDPR compliant?
A thorough investigation of the technical and business aspects of ClickFraudFree. Audit the gaps between the GDPR requirements and our current processes. This includes mapping the data we collect, process and identifying which collected data falls under a ‘personal identifiable information’.
Construct a detailed plan of how to implement the changes have to be taken.
Rewrite the ClickFraudFree terms of service and privacy statements.
Apply changes to the ClickFraudFree dashboard (i.e support for the ‘right to be forgotten’).
Apply changes to the ClickFraudFree signup flow (i.e support for ‘collecting only the data we need’).
Apply changes to the ClickFraudFree internal technical processes (i.e applying the changes for our data retention policy).
Finalize our DPA and publish it.
Completed. Feel free to ask for it here: legal@clickfraudfree.com
